Parker Hannifin is now looking for a growth minded Account Manager to join our Nordic Energy team.
You have a great opportunity to step into an exciting role in Parker Hannifin´s Nordic level energy team of eight professionals. You have an important role in building strong relationships, developing and implementing business plans to a few named key clients and their suppliers. Being there for the customers is important and you have a talent for constantly seeking ways to provide the best possible solutions. Your active, professional and helpful approach towards the clients makes Parker Hannifin the partner of choice for both short and long term solutions when it comes to products in the energy sector. Alongside helping and finding new opportunities for your current clients you are actively looking for new sales opportunities from the markets.
Your typical week consists of a few internal meetings with the team (usually Mondays/Fridays) but the most of your time goes with the clients. Parker Hannifin has a wide range of professionals and often you might be helping the customers with other technical specialists. Client segment you are focusing on is the energy sector with a main focus on solar, wind and hydrogen. You might be helping the clients with a single component or with a larger project and the products you are offering are usually different kinds of hydraulics products and other instruments such as; valves, hoses, fittings, filtration systems. With customer work you also have an opportunity to participate in Parker Hannifin's High Performance team with a purpose to develop daily work habits and processes.
We are looking for a person who has a driven growth mindset combined with excellent skills in the client interface. With great teamwork skills you can also work independently and have a positive attitude even in turbulent and difficult situations. Customers and teammates can always trust you to deliver what you promise and your work mentality is all about taking accountability for the commitments you have towards internal and external stakeholders. You are interested about the energy sector and sustainability and want to be on top of the wave when it comes to new market trends. You have a relevant degree (business or engineering) and experience from large industrial customers. Good technical understanding of the energy sector and the products mentioned earlier are considered an asset. Language wise we are expecting fluent English skills. Being able to have conversations in Danish is considered a major plus. Please notice that this position requires frequent visits at the Parker Hannifin Ballerup location.
