We are now looking for a next talent to join Parker Hannifin´s unique EMEA Graduate  program in Sweden with a focus towards operations. Program starts at the beginning of September 2024 and is an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in technical engineering industry and learn more about your leadership skills. The goal of the program is to provide you with the best possible support early in your career so that you can reach your full potential in working life.

 Parker Hannifin´s EMEA Graduate program is a two - year journey that will take you through multiple assignments including at least one abroad. This is a one of a kind opportunity to discover multiple roles and see how different functions of a global Fortune list company operates.

During the journey you will not only have an opportunity to find your career path but also build up a wide network of people that will become the foundation for your future career development. We are looking for a Master´s degree graduate with specialization and interest towards mechanical engineering. You are interested about how digitalization, AI and big data effects the work and overall have a strong business acumen.

As a person you are initiative team player with strong communication and people skills. You are process driven and you see yourself in an environment where organized work approach is an asset. You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and are curious to deepen your skills you acquired during your studies. Language wise you are fluent in English and Swedish

Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious person who is ready to start a career journey at Parker Hannifin and be a part of making the world a better place.

Please notice the nature of the program requires you to be flexible when it comes to moving around in Parker locations inside Sweden but also abroad during the two year time. Your ideal location for the start is around Gothenburg, Borås or Trollhättan areas. First rotation will be in Borås.
