As a Business Controller
Your part in Lamor’s journey as a business controller is to be accountable for accurate, reliable and timely financial planning, management reporting, forecasting and analysis. As a Business Controller at Lamor you will manage and develop the processes as well the tools within your own responsibility area. We offer you an interesting and challenging position in a market leading environmental solution organization. Our setup is truly global, and you will get to cooperate with dedicated knowledgeable people from many countries.
Your main responsibilities

- Participate in the follow-up and analysis of the monthly operative result and cost control against the budgets / other targets
- Develop and manage monthly/quarterly management reporting and analysis.
- Provide accurate information to the management team and other management to support decision making with a special focus on data analytics.
- Owner of the finance and control module in the Group EPR

- Owner of the development and roll out activities for the Group accounting system/ERP development and implementation
- Proactively evaluate, control, and improve the financial performance of the Lamor business in close co-operation with the management
- Participate in development of project control activities.
- Manage ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis.
- Take part in growing Lamor's business and driving process improvements.
Key to success
The best combination of experience, skills and personal qualities for the position
- M.Sc., Econ. combined with a multi-year experience of working in a global business setting and in supporting management in financial planning, forecasting and analysis
- Good understanding of the financial tools and procedures in multinational setup
- Hands on experience on ERP development and roll outs
- Experience on group reporting tools and BI an advantage
- Good influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Good understanding of most of the following: forecasting, profitability analysis, internal controls, IFRS, reporting and analysing skills
- Big picture thinking
- Service mindset, a team player with positive attitude and customer focus
- Good co-operation and influencing skills in a matrix setting, remote-management environment
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Fluent written and spoken English
