IT Manager, Lamor

We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team of international professionals in Porvoo. In this role, you get to use your expertise to improve all aspects of Lamor’s IT.
You are responsible for managing Lamor’s systems and developing roadmaps of future systems and optimizations. The purpose of the role is to ensure continuous improvement efforts are dedicated to delivering high-performing, reliable, and consistent operations. Ultimately, you will help ensure Lamors’s system stability and future development roadmaps. As this is a new role for us we hope you bring your vision and expertise to it.
You will work closely with business segments, partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. You will also be responsible for managing and engaging with internal partners to define improvement opportunities and drive the execution of improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities in Lamor’s journey:
- Manage information technology and computer systems (ICT)
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Lead IT partners and suppliers
Train and coach employees
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness

The employment type is permanent and your primary working location is our headquarters in Porvoo. The starting time for this position can be negotiated when the right person has been selected. In this position, you report to CFO Timo Koponen.
