Are you our next Sales Specialist?
We are now looking for two Sales Specialists to join Visma Sign team. One role is focusing the Finnish markets and other is towards Swedish markets. In this role you will be in charge of new sales. You are actively looking for new potential clients and reaching out to them with an ultimate goal to sell Visma Sign product that helps companies with electronical signing. You are in charge of the whole sales cycle all the way from prospecting and contacting to presenting demos, offers, follow ups and closing the deal. You will be a part of team of ten sales professionals.
What we are looking for?

Experience
We are looking for a person with at least some experience in solution sales. In the role you are trying to sell solutions to C -level managers and we are looking for someone who has experience from these kinds of external stakeholders. Also you have to be able to speak either fluent Finnish or Swedish depending on the role.

Your sales mentality
This is a new sales position with a focus towards outbound sales. We are looking for someone with that hunter sales mentality. You want to provide solutions and can understand each client´s individual need. With new sales you also need to have an "eye" for account management since the clients you find will be a part of your client portfolio in the future.

Your personality
Visma is a large company and sometimes decision making takes some time. Therefore if you get frustrated if things are not moving at a speed of light this might not be for you. People with following traits when it comes to sales tend to succeed in this role: ability to understand client needs, proactive approach towards work, desire to reach and go beyond targets, mentality where you are not waiting things to happen but instead make it happen.

In this position there will be a base salary based on your experience with range of 2600 - 3000 €. In solution selling the first sales rarely happens in the first few months and therefore you are also given a guarantee bonus for the first months (around 400 - 500 €). You will also be a part of monthly provision model and on an average level people in the same role make 800 - 1500 € of bonus each month. Therefore when things start to move forward your monthly target salary is around 3400 - 4500 €.
